Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles with a focus on safety and system performance
2. Provide real-time observations and log anomalies using dedicated software tools
3. Engage with ride-hailing passengers as part of the AV experience
4. Execute route testing in diverse environments, including city and highway scenarios
5. Ensure compliance with Bertha certification protocols and data integrity standards
6. Generate comprehensive test reports and collaborate with engineering teams
7. Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
Required Qualifications:
8. Bertha Certification for Autonomous Vehicle Testing
9. Valid Class C driver's license with a clean record and at least 3 years of experience
10. Must be 21 years or older
11. Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and analysis
12. Excellent judgment, focus, and communication skills
