About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionateSocial Workerto join theirAdultMental Health Servicesteam in South Dublin. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges on their journey to recovery and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans.
* Deliver evidence-based interventions to support clients’ mental health and social well-being.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and mental health nurses.
* Advocate for clients to access community resources, housing, and support services.
* Provide crisis intervention and ongoing emotional support to clients and their families.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with professional standards.
Requirements:
* Degree in Social Work and registration withCORU.
* Experience in mental health services or a related healthcare setting.
* Strong communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to person-centered and recovery-focused care.
