DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the small to medium enterprise (SME) segment.
2. Manage a steady influx of inbound leads from multiple channels, driving the sales pipeline and meeting KPIs to secure new business.
3. Demonstrate expert knowledge of the product and leverage a structured sales methodology to shorten the sales cycle.
4. Act as a product and service champion, fostering interest and increasing awareness of the client’s value proposition.
5. Effectively manage and prioritize sales opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up actions.
6. Implement sales strategies that optimize the conversion of leads into paying customers.
7. Provide strong account management to support clients’ technology strategies.
8. Partner with leadership and clients to identify strategies and processes that align with and drive revenue growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Native/fluent in German (C1) and English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
2. 1-2+ years of demonstrated success in sales (preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment).
3. Previous experience in closing deals would be considered an advantage.
4. Strong interpersonal skills: self-driven, organized, curious, process-oriented, and goal-focused.
5. Experience with sales discovery, pipeline management, and forecasting for managing a high volume of leads.
6. Ability to establish and follow repeatable processes that facilitate a high volume of customer interactions.
7. Experience or interest in collaborating with internal marketing, business, and product teams to create efficient pathways to acquiring successful and profitable customers.
8. Entrepreneurial mindset with the flexibility to adapt to evolving circumstances.
9. Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
