Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Process Management, or related discipline
Experience creating Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, and Data Mapping
Proficiency in Visio, Signavio, Business Optix, and other process design tools
Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops with SMEs from planning, operations, and quality functions
Ability to translate process maps into clear, comprehensive user requirements supporting system development and automation
Experience working across multiple manufacturing sites and supporting harmonization of processes
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, organization, and facilitation of process mapping workshops in different client locations with SMEs from relevant functions.
Use tools such as Visio, Signavio, and Business Optix to capture as-is (current state) and to-be (future state) process maps.
Develop comprehensive Value Stream Maps and detailed Process Maps across multiple levels, aligning them with strategic and operational goals.
Create Data Maps illustrating key data flows within the client's Make ecosystem to support information transparency and system integration.
Collaborate with the Project JET team to ensure process maps accurately reflect current workflows and future optimization opportunities.
Engage with SMEs, Business Analysts, and stakeholders from different client locations to gather insights, validate process details, and drive continuous improvement.
Support the alignment of process maps across sites to enable harmonization, reduce variability, and promote best practices.
Translate detailed process maps into clear, comprehensive user requirements that support automation, systems design, and future state process design.
Drive the development of harmonized future state processes to enable streamlined, standardized, and scalable manufacturing operations.
Identify process bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement within the maps to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate, version-controlled process documentation and maps and support governance reviews for operational, compliance, and audit standards.
