Job Summary:
We are looking for a Software Tester to join our team.
Our testers play an integral role in the software development cycle of our projects and work with our teams to ensure application quality.
As a tester you will work alongside our technical teams testing the output to ensure it is of the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
Design test plans and test cases for mobile and full stack web applications.
Preparation and execution of test cases to ensure thorough testing of requirements in a fast- paced Agile environment.
Find, Manage and document bugs.
Working with the technical and support teams to ensure all requirements are tested with great attention to detail.
Retesting defect fixes and regression testing.
Participate in Agile team with daily scrum meeting.
Work creatively and efficiently in troubleshooting the resolution of system issues.
Ability to analyse code and suggest improvements.
Proactively communicating with development teams and business analysts to resolve issues or questions pertaining to test execution.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of quality engineering, hands on experience with function and test automation testing.
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Experience in test case development and execution.
Ability to collaborate closely with team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of frontend and backend application testing, API and Mobile testing.
Desired Skills:
Experience of both windows and Linux/Unix environments an advantage.
ISTQB certification.
Ad hoc testing.
Test Automation Tooling.
Ability to read or write code.
