* Lead and mentor a team of 10 software developers working in Microsoft .NET and Azure environment.
* Drive engineering best practices ensuring high coding, testing, deployment standards.
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners Architects stakeholders delivering high-quality solutions aligned business goals.
* Oversee project planning resourcing delivery within the development team champion Agile methodologies continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
* Evaluate ensure scalability reliability performance applications hosted on Azure guide career development for team members through regular feedback reviews promote culture collaboration ownership continuous learning.
