IT Recruitment Specialist | Connecting IT Contract Talent with the Right Opportunities
Stelfox is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology and business initiatives for one of our key clients based in Dublin. This role is responsible for end-to-end project execution, stakeholder engagement, and financial oversight across multiple projects and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
Competitive daily rate
Hybrid, with three days on-site and two days remote each week
Key Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver application development, systems integration, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvements.
* Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets.
* Partner with business and change management teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
* Communicate project status and escalate issues to senior leadership.
* Maintain project documentation and compliance with governance standards.
Required Skills
* 7+ years of project management experience with proven delivery success.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Expertise in project financials and risk mitigation.
* Agile certification required, experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
