Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with process technician experience to work for a growing and successful company.Day shift: 7.30am – 4pm Monday – Thursday and 7.30am – 2.30pm on Friday.Evening shift: 4.00pm – 12.30am, Monday – Thursday and 4.00pm – 9.00pm on Friday.Job Description:Ability to read, analyse and interpret work orders and instructionsInspect and examine all incoming partsConduct Quality Control Processes for product inspectionDisassemble, clean/refurbish, reassemble, final clean and package parts in a critically controlled work environmentClean and refurbish parts using a combination of cleaning techniques including mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaningHandling of contaminated products and potentially hazardous materialThese tasks are performed using specialist PPE as the parts can contain hazardous by-productRefurbishment of mechanical parts such as valves, pumps and abatement system componentsWork with special glass and ceramic type productsWork in a cleanroom environment following strict protocolsMust be competent in delicate product handlingMust have good manual dexterity and a familiarity with hand toolsMust be competent in uploading and entering product data into the production systemComplete all other assigned and ad hoc duties as requiredRequirementsJob Requirements:Strictly adhere to all corporate Environmental Health & Safety, Quality Management, HR and site protocols and proceduresMaintain the highest level of company safety, quality and housekeeping standardsExcellent oral and written communication skills, organisational and time management skillsDemonstrate responsibility and accountability for housekeeping of the work areas and facilitiesCompleted Leaving Certificate.
