Investor Service Centre Analyst Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Investor Service Centre team in Limerick, Ireland.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day relationship with customers through telephony and email communication channels.
You will work closely with the Quality Audit Team to ensure high-quality service levels are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain service level agreements by prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
* Monitor email inboxes and respond to queries within agreed timeframes, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
* Act as a mentor to new team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
