Purpose of the Role
The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, from initial consultation to decision-making, ensuring a seamless, empathetic, and high-quality experience while driving treatment plan conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre-assessment consultations with patients to understand their needs, goals, and concerns.
Explain treatment options, expected outcomes, and pricing in a clear, professional, and empathetic way.
Guide patients through the decision-making process and help secure high-value treatment plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and handover notes for clinicians.
Collaborate closely with dentists and clinic teams to ensure seamless care continuity.
Follow up proactively with patients to provide updates, encouragement, and reassurance throughout their treatment journey.
Track KPIs, report progress, and share insights to improve the sales and conversion process.
Deliver an exceptional patient experience that reflects Truly Dental's care philosophy.
Education
Background in Sales, Healthcare, Dentistry, or Aesthetic Services preferred.
Additional training in customer experience or treatment coordination is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in consultative sales or patient-facing roles (dental, medical, aesthetic, or similar).
Proven track record of achieving sales or conversion targets.
Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and CRM systems.
Knowledge And Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Understanding of dental or aesthetic treatments (preferred).
Confidence in discussing pricing and financial options.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.
