The Role
We are seeking a Retail Business Development Representative to grow our presence across the Leinster region. This is a field-based, hands-on sales role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a commercial mindset, and a passion for building something meaningful from the ground up.
You will be responsible for securing new listings, managing existing retail relationships, and driving rate of sale through in-store activation and account management.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage relationships with BWG and independent retailers across Leinster
* Secure new store listings and drive product visibility
* Achieve weekly sales targets and conversion goals
* Visit stores daily (approx. 10–15 visits per day), introducing the range, dropping samples, and closing orders
* Monitor performance, share feedback, and report on progress regularly
* Represent the BiaSol brand with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
* 1–2 years of sales, field sales, or retail experience (FMCG experience preferred)
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Self-starter with strong time management and organisational abilities
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
* Full, clean driver’s licence (company vehicle provided)
* A genuine interest in health, sustainability, and emerging food brands
