We are seeking a Sales & Service Assistant to join a busy and well-established hardware and building supplies business. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick.

To support continued growth, they are now looking for a motivated Sales & Service Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities
The Sales & Service Assistant will provide professional customer service while supporting sales and store operations. Main duties include:
* Delivering excellent service by advising and assisting customers with product requirements;
* Responding to customer queries in-store and over the phone in a timely and professional manner;
* Managing sales transactions (cash, card, credit) securely and accurately;
* Restocking shelves and maintaining product availability across departments;
* Ensuring high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and product displays;
* Supporting stock control activities, including stock counts and cycle checks;
* Updating product pricing, coding, and labelling as required;
* Working flexibly across different store departments to meet customer needs.

1. Competitive salary starting from €30,000 - €36,000 per annum + commission (DOE);

Criteria
