Financial Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team based in Dublin 7. As a key member of the financial management team, you will play a crucial role in managing financial reporting and payments for various Social Inclusion and Equality (SI&E) programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day operational management of financial reporting and payment processes for SI&E programs.
* Oversee financial case management, ensuring high standards in data quality and compliance.
* Develop financial procedures and ensure systems remain fit for purpose.
* Prepare accurate financial reports for internal and external use, including monthly reconciliations and management accounts.
* Support funders with accurate financial data and reporting.
* Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and funding drawdown documentation.
* Lead the financial inputs into applications, appraisals, contracts, and program operations manuals.
* Manage and support a small finance team, ensuring strong performance, development, and compliance with internal HR policies.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience in financial management and reporting roles.
* Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or part-qualified, or a relevant third-level degree in finance or related field.
* Proven ability to analyse financial data to support decision-making and mitigate financial risk.
* Demonstrated experience in producing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience leading and managing teams in a financial context.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial systems and SharePoint.
* Excellent communication, delegation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

About This Role:
* This is a fixed-term contract position.
* Location: Dublin 7.
* Salary: €58,265 pro rata.
* Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday).
* Hybrid: Option to work remotely however will be required onsite occasionally.
