KM Lynskey is looking to recruit an Assistant Project Manager / Technical Coordinator to support the work of our successful fit out and drylining division.
KM Lynskey is an established contractor with a strong project pipeline in both the areas of main contracting and specialist fit out.
Projects are mainly located in the Greater Dublin area.
You will be interested in this role if you have experience of reviewing technical information, drawings and schedules for construction projects and enjoy supporting a project towards a successful conclusion.

You will be required to have the following experience and skills: 1-3 years experience of the construction industry, preferably including fit-out Familiarity with construction materials used in fit out projects Ability to understand drawings and construction schedules Fluent in English with ability to read and understand complex technical documentation Strong understanding of the design and construction process which underpins project success Typical duties: Supporting Operations Manager and Project Managers in reviewing material specifications, completing technical submittals, compiling project schedules and dealing with various project documentation.
