Role Overview
As an Accommodation Attendant, you will be a key part of the housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, houses, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position and weekend availability is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and service guest bedrooms and houses.
* Ensure all rooms are presented immaculately and ready for guest arrivals.
* Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
* Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost property to the Manager.
* Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
* Provide excellent and discreet service to guests, ensuring their comfort and privacy.
* Work as part of a team to meet daily room targets and maintain consistent service quality.
* Follow all Lough Rynn Castle policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Skills & Requirements
* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment is desirable but not essential (training provided).
* Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high standards.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
* Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
* A positive, professional, and friendly attitude.
