Nter Talent is proud to support our client, a leading multinational company operating across 19 countries on five continents, in their search for an Account Manager to join their Telematics team in Galway.
Our client specializes in delivering top-tier business services, with a strong focus on the logistics industry. As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the upselling of their services, helping clients enhance their operations and achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build long-term relationships with existing customers and serve as their primary point of contact.
* Achieve sales objectives through customer development and maintenance.
* Drive upsell campaigns to help customers fully utilize the company's product/service catalog.
* Identify and mitigate churn risk through proactive outreach campaigns.
* Oversight of customer growth, training, and best practices development to drive business value.
* Increase customer retention and adoption rates through regular check-in calls.
* Serve as a customer advocate by collecting feedback and understanding industry trends.
* Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products and features to prospective clients.
Requirements:
* Strong customer care focus.
* Self-motivated with excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
* Passionate about work with high attention to detail.
* Previous experience in Customer Account Management in outbound sales or similar.
