As a leading provider of property services, we are seeking a highly organized and articulate Sales Administrator to support our busy and dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the sales team by responding to their queries and assisting with information and documentation.
2. Act as the first point of contact for phone calls and email enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
3. Prepare, update, and maintain accurate sales-related documents, including reports, statistics, and Sales Advice Notes.
4. Maintain and update price lists for new homes schemes.
5. Update client and solicitors' reports on a weekly basis.
6. Update Sales Tracker reports and liaise with the sales team as needed for updates.
7. Prepare relevant sales documents.
8. Oversee the document process for second-hand and new homes developments.
9. Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales documents and maintain an organized document filing system.
10. Update software system with property updates and viewing details.
11. Liaise with marketing team on property updates.
12. Upload new properties to software system.
13. Monitor and respond to sales email enquiries, ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally.
14. Assist to create and issue mail merges for property launches and marketing campaigns.
15. Set up and organize digital and physical folders for the team, ensuring easy access to important documents and files.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a property administration role.
* Excellent verbal and written English is essential.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
