Key Responsibilities
1. Complete production paperwork, including opening and closing work order documentation.
2. Review batch files, ensuring accuracy and sign-off.
3. Maintain the MCS system, updating it accordingly and developing it to optimize product flow and inventory levels.
4. Implement the plant CAPA system effectively.
5. Investigate ERs in line with RUBRIC standards.
6. Track corrective actions and preventative action plans to ensure effectiveness and timely implementation.
7. Support statistical sampling activities.
8. Prepare for plant audits, both internal and external.
9. Monitor and report key Quality & Manufacturing Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements
* A third-level qualification in Dairy/Food Science, Business or Engineering related discipline or equivalent.
* A minimum of 2 years technical experience in the Dairy Food or Pharmaceutical Industry.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
* Ability to schedule production activities considering priorities and product availability.
* Statistical techniques knowledge to analyze issues.
* Good problem-solving skills to meet compliance, quality, safety standards and manufacturing schedules.
