Office Administrator Role

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to our office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Meet and greet customers in the office, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
* Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with market appraisal preparation, working closely with sales agents to ensure all properties are accurately appraised and listed for sale.
* Develop and implement property marketing strategies, including the creation of sales brochures, web listings, and signage.
* Manage diaries for sales agents, ensuring they are well-coordinated and up-to-date.
* Perform various administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Experience in a busy office-based role, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
* Good presentation and professional telephone manner, with the ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times.
