With over 200 different sports betting and i Gaming brands using the platform, we are one of the leading providers of customer engagement solutions in the i Gaming industry. We're seeking a Product Owner to join our Platform & Data Integrity function, responsible for the core services that power customer data, identity management, integrations, and compliance features.

As a Product Owner, you will be embedded in the development process, translating the product vision into actionable user stories and ensuring seamless delivery of new features.

You will work closely with the Product Manager to align on priorities and goals, and with the development team to deliver features that help our customers achieve their marketing objectives.

This role will bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders and is pivotal to delivering high-quality, cutting-edge technology that enhances customer engagement in the i Gaming space.

This is a hybrid role.

#LI-Hybrid Key Responsibilities Backlog Ownership and Prioritisation: Manage and refine the product backlog to ensure clear, prioritised, and actionable work for development teams.

Create and maintain user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria that align with product goals.

Prioritise features and tasks based on business value, user needs, and technical dependencies.

Delivery Collaboration: Collaborate daily with the scrum team to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and ensure smooth sprint execution.

Proactively address challenges during development, making trade-off decisions when needed.

Participate in sprint ceremonies (e.g., backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives).

Stakeholder Engagement: Gather insights from internal teams (sales, customer success, and marketing) and external customers to inform backlog priorities.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to communicate updates on feature delivery and changes.

Align regularly with Product Managers to ensure tactical priorities match long-term goals.

User-Focused Development: Advocate for customer needs throughout the development lifecycle to deliver features that provide real value.

Participate in user testing and beta feedback loops to refine features post-delivery.

Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Track key delivery metrics and feature performance post-launch, collaborating with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.

Iterate on features based on data-driven insights, ensuring continuous product enhancement.

Your Experience and Qualifications2+ years of experience in i Gaming or a similar role within a technology-driven organisation.

A proven track record of managing product backlogs, creating user stories, and driving successful delivery.

Hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).

Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

An understanding of gamification and loyalty solutions, and their role in driving customer engagement.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-focused mindset.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms for backlog and project management.

Bonus: Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and multichannel marketing.
