The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the next critical phase of a major digital transformation. This involves expanding an already operational Microsoft Dynamics-based IT system, specifically focusing on the rollout of new functionality within a challenging timeframe. This is a strategic role, requiring initial full-time on-site presence to build key relationships and business understanding, with scope for hybrid work later. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Sport phase of the system. Coordinate across multiple stakeholders including internal teams, and external partners/software providers. Ensure the project remains on track and within scope, budget, and timeline. Develop and maintain strong working relationships across all participating entities. Monitor project risks, resolve issues promptly, and maintain quality assurance. Ensure all deliverables are aligned with grant-aid compliance and reporting requirements. Provide regular project updates and reporting to the executive team. Your Profile: Proven experience in delivering complex IT/CRM projects, preferably involving Microsoft Dynamics. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP qualification an advantage). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including external partners and executive stakeholders, driving objectives and facilitating change. Experience with budget management, cost control, and working within deadline-critical and grant-funded environments. Proficiency in Microsoft DevOps environment and project management software such as MS Project. Experience within a regulated environment. Why Apply?
