This role requires someone who can quickly absorb product knowledge, demonstrate equipment confidently, and help customers transition from manual cleaning methods to advanced automated and robotic solutions.Responsibilities & DutiesTravel to new and existing customers across Dublin and Leinster to introduce them to our portfolio of cleaning equipment and autonomous robotic cleaning solutionsDemonstrate floor scrubber dryers, sweepers, and AI-powered robotic machines to customers in various commercial environmentsPromote and explain the benefits of robotics, including 3D LiDAR navigation, AI adaptive cleaning, autonomous charging, and labour-saving ROIAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsTroubleshoot customer queries and provide technical product knowledgeMaintain excellent customer relationships and deliver a high level of after-sales supportGenerate sales proposals, manage CRM entries, and follow up on all active leadsQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2 years' experience in field or inside salesStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simplyExperience working with annual sales volumes above €250,000 PAUnderstanding of electrical systems, batteries, automated machinery, or industrial equipment is a strong advantageExperience or interest in robotics and autonomous systems highly desirableFull, clean driving licence requiredMust be organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independentlySmartphone, tablet, and full demonstration kit providedSalary & BenefitsBase salary €40,000Uncapped commission structure with exceptional earning potentialCompany vehicle providedFull product and robotics training includedJob Types: Full-time, Contract, CommissionThe ability to work well in a fast-paced environment is a must.
