At Dornanwe are currently recruiting for a turnover manager to work on a pharmaceutical project in the Midlands. The role is an exciting opportunity to develop your career on a flagship project. Your day to day will include: Leading system walkdowns, coordinating with Construction, Quality, and Commissioning teams to ensure systems are ready for turnover. Managing turnoverdocumentation, including test packs, QA records, and system-specific handover dossiers. Driving punch listidentification, tracking, and closure to achieve walkdown-ready, snag-free systems. Acting as the key interface with the client for allturnover-related queries, progress updates, and system acceptance. Monitoring progress against turnover milestones and proactively resolving blockers to maintain schedule certainty. What we are looking for: Minimum 5 years' experience in Electrical QA/QC, Completions, or Turnover roles on large commercial or mission-critical projects. Expertunderstanding of Electrical systems and related testing, commissioning, and QA documentation. Proven experience managing full system lifecycle from Mechanical Completion to Client Handover. Proficiency with digital completions/turnover systems (e.g., GoCompletions, PIMS, Aconex, InControl).
