Programme overview
The graduate programme offers a rotational experience across different areas of the Bank. Each of the three rotations is designed to develop the critical skills needed to accelerate growth and career progression. Throughout the programme, you’ll strengthen management, interpersonal, and technical capabilities while contributing to business-critical projects in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be empowered to explore new experiences, collaborate across teams, and support transformation initiatives aligned with our Group strategy.
