Opportunity for HR System Specialist
As an experienced professional in HR systems, you will play a key role in driving the success of our organisation. Your responsibilities will include shaping and delivering a roadmap for HR system enhancements, rolling out new features and employee self-service tools, and ensuring the smooth and efficient performance of our HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Strategy & Development: Develop a comprehensive plan for HR system enhancements and implement new features to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily HRIS activities, including audits, troubleshooting, and updates, to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Data Insights & Reporting: Produce accurate HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- User Support & Engagement: Provide expert support to HR colleagues, leadership, and system users, and manage employee lifecycle updates (new hires, exits, time off).
- Collaboration & Growth: Keep up-to-date with HR technology trends and best practices, and contribute to strategic HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years' experience in HRIS or HR analyst roles.
- Proven track record in HR system implementation and project management.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g BambooHR or similar).
- Strong skills in HR dashboards and analytics (Power BI, Advanced Excel).
- Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
