The Job:We are currently working with a leading Medical Device organisation based in Athlone who are seeking to hire a Supply Chain PIPO Planner for a 22 month contract. As the PIPO Planner, you’ll be at the heart of transformation and continuity – making sure our supply chain is always a step ahead.This is a hybrid position, with 1 day per week requirements to be in Athlone.Key Responsibilities:Support end-to-end supply chain activities for PIPO (Product Introduction/Product Obsolescence) rebranding projects, ensuring seamless service delivery and efficient inventory management across the region.Collaborate with PIPO leads and supply planners across multiple countries to validate inventory build requirements, safeguarding uninterrupted product availability for customers.Utilize supply chain analytics to inform smart, data-driven decisions that enhance operational performance and responsiveness.Partner with planning teams and other key functions to monitor PIPO phase progress, identify gaps, assess status indicators (e.g., traffic light system), and streamline updates to stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Business Administration or Supply Chain Management3 – 5 years of work experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production PlanningStrong system application proficiencies including Office 365, especially Excel, SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, and Power BIExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights from analysis into practical solutionsExperience in project managementCombined experience in Supply Chain and other related assignments that would enhance high cross-functional awarenessFor a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contactEoghan Daltoneoghan.dalton@collinsmcnicholas.ie0906478108
