About Your New Job
As the Quality Assurance Associate, you will support the expansion, implementation, and maintenance of food safety and quality management systems across the site.
You will conduct GMP audits, CCP verifications, Food Safety walks, and regular inspections to ensure compliance with internal and FSSC 22000 standards.
You will work cross-functionally to integrate quality management practices and deliver food safety training to both new and existing employees.
You will oversee the administration of the Document Management System, ensure documentation remains current with evolving regulations, and drive corrective and preventative action (CAPA) processes.
You may assist with internal and third‑party audits and support teams in implementing quality standards and process improvements.
What Skills You Need
A degree (or equivalent) in Quality Assurance or a science discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in food industry quality control or assurance.
Practical knowledge of Quality Assurance systems, GMPs, FSSC 22000, and strong attention to detail.
Proven experience creating procedure documents and training employees.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel); highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management, project delivery, and communication skills.
