This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a busy Human Resources team by partnering with employees, managers and HR colleagues on a wide range of day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Managing administrative and transactional processes including employee contracts, probationary periods and leave tracking.
* Supporting the development, implementation and communication of company policies and procedures.
* Partnering with managers on talent and performance management activities.
* Overseeing recruitment activities including liaising with partners, coordinating interviews and managing offer and onboarding processes.
* Advising managers on employee relations matters such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
* Supporting training and development procedures including liaising with providers and managing logistics.
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is required. Essential Skills & Experience:
* Third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience.
* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proven ability to manage responsibilities independently and proactively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
