They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious and delivery-focused professional to lead multi-unit residential projects from inception through to handover.The RoleAs Contracts Manager, you will take full ownership of a residential project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, coordinate with design consultants, and report directly to Company Directors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from pre-construction through to completion and handoverDevelop and manage detailed construction programmesCoordinate site management teams and subcontractors to align them with project objectivesMonitor budgets, forecasts, and project marginsManage construction contract administration and liaising with company legals on risk strategy while maintaining compliancePromote and enforce a strong Health & Safety cultureEnsure compliance with BCAR and Irish Building RegulationsMaintain strong client and consultant relationshipsExperience10+ years’ experience, preferably with Tier 1/2 ContractorA proven track record delivering high density multi-unit residential projectsDegree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or similarStrong commercial awareness and cost control capabilityExcellent leadership and communication skillsKnown for attention to detail and proactive approachChartered status (CIOB / Engineers Ireland) is advantageousOn OfferCompetitive salary (DOE)Performance-related bonus related to project performanceCompany vehicle or car allowancePension contributionCareer progression within a growing businessCollaborative and dynamic work environmentPlease share your CV with me to rhughes@macdonaldandcompany.com if you may be interested in this role
