Salary: Up to €90k Benefits: Bonus | Pension | Hybrid Working Required Experience: Experience in assisting employers with the full range of legal issues that may arise during the employment relationship, from recruitment to exit; Advising on risk management and employment issues during corporate transactions and transfer of undertakings; Experience before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court and Civil Courts; Experience of advising employers on day-to-day HR issues such as managing disciplinary processes, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, pension issues and statutory entitlements; and Understanding of public sector specific employment law. Key Competencies: Excellent drafting skills; An ability to generate new client relationships and maintain and expand existing client relationships; Collaborating at all levels with an ability to communicate points clearly; A calm and measured approach to problem solving; A willingness to attend networking and marketing events, when required.
