IT Managed Services Support Engineer (Level 2/3)We are recruiting on behalf of a growing Managed Service Provider for an experienced Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer to join their technical team. This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer with proven experience working within an MSP environment, supporting multiple customers across cloud, infrastructure, and networking technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 2nd and 3rd line technical support remotely and on‑site.Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations.Support and administer Microsoft Azure environments.Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, switching, and routing.Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.Deliver infrastructure and cloud projects, including migrations and upgrades.Work within SLA and KPI targets while maintaining high levels of customer service.Essential Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.Strong Microsoft Azure administration and support experience.Strong networking knowledge covering LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.Experience supporting hybrid on‑premises and cloud environments.Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 administration.Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper‑V.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.DesirableExperience with SonicWall or similar firewall platforms.Knowledge of Azure Active Directory / Entra ID.Exposure to backup and disaster recovery solutions.Azure certifications such as AZ‑104 or AZ‑305.This is an excellent opportunity for a customer‑focused infrastructure engineer looking to further develop their cloud and networking expertise within a fast‑paced MSP environment.
