The projects involve a wide range of clients in sectors such as Data Centres, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Commercial. This role offers experience of varied project work across different sectors and exposure to a diverse range of construction contracts.ResponsibilitiesWorking directly with Contract Managers to advise on commercial status of projects.Assisting in the review of all project contracts.Assist the Senior QS with the preparation of commercial reports.Negotiation with contractors across all projects including preparation of variations.Manage major subcontractor accounts from initial award to interim valuation, variations and final account.Assist the Senior QS with monthly progress applications.Assisting in the tendering process.All other duties associated with this role.Skills / RequirementsRelevant third level qualifications are an advantage but not essential.Previous experience (4 years+) in a similar role with an electrical contractor.Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi‑functional team.Excellent IT skills.Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written and communication skills.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
