JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Receptionist
Department: Front of House
Reporting to: Front of house manager
GENERAL SKILLS REQUIRED
· Strong IT Skills and experience with Microsoft Office
· Flexible to work early morning, late evening and weekend shifts
· Have strong IT Skills
· Friendly and approachable
· Excellent communication skills
· Highly motivated and enthusiastic
· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to work on own initiative
· Team player
Job Responsibilites:
* Provide excellent customer service to our customers
* Cash Handling
* Booking clients into classes
* Processing transactions for customers using the pool and gym and other services
* Answering Phone calls
* Dealing with member queries
* Promoting and selling of membership and services
* General day to day duties or keeping the reception area tidy
* Working in with team members
* Participating in meetings and other staff training / functions
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €13.50-€14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
