Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

* Manage compliance and ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
* Verify invoice data and match invoices to purchase orders, investigating and communicating with buyers and vendors to resolve any queries.
* Update rosters and maintain accurate records.
* Process client information with discretion and confidentiality.

Key Requirements:

* 2 years of administration or clerical experience.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Packages and efficient in data entry.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a temporary position with an initial 3-month contract. The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week and will be expected to be available to start immediately.

Benefits include competitive pay rate of €19.37 per hour.
