HR Business Partner We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join one of our specialist business units. * Job Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and driven individual to take on the role of HR Business Partner. This position involves partnering with leadership teams, managing employee lifecycles, leading workforce planning, supporting managers in performance management and implementing employee engagement initiatives. This newly created position reports into the Senior HRBP and People Director. The ideal candidate will possess relevant third-level qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field along with proven experience in senior HR roles within construction engineering or architecture sectors.
