Program Manager Leader

In this leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of complex projects for top financial institutions. Your success will be measured by programme outcomes, performance, and governance.

* Manage end-to-end large-scale client implementation programmes to meet time, budget, and quality standards.
* Own programme-level commercial and financial governance, including accountability for Statements of Work (SOWs), change control, budget management, and margin performance.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors, leading programme governance forums and ensuring strategic alignment on key decisions and outcomes.
* Coach and mentor delivery team members, sharing best practices and setting standards for delivery excellence.
* Proactively manage programme-level risks, issues, and dependencies, providing clear reporting and managing escalations with internal and client executives.
* Drive alignment across internal functions to ensure a cohesive delivery experience for clients.

By working closely with various teams, you will contribute to refining our global delivery methodology, improving playbooks, tooling, and best practices.
