Job Opportunity: Building Services Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Services Engineer to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, management, and coordination of building services systems on large-scale projects.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in designing building services systems, preferably in a consultancy environment in the datacentre or similar industrial sectors such as lifesciences, oil and gas, semi-conductor
* Competence in design software such as Fluid Flow or Pipe-Flo
* Honours degree (NFQ Level 8 for Ireland) preferably in Building Services or Mechanical engineering
* Experience of working in a collaborative BIM environment
* Chartered Engineer preferred
Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following key qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and projects
* Knowledge of Irish building regulations, CIBSE design guides, British Standards, and Health & Safety Regulations
