Validation Lead
The Validation Lead is responsible for overseeing all validation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Lead the Validation team to achieve high performance and engagement, while fostering a culture of excellence.
* Strategically allocate resources and prioritize tasks according to business objectives, ensuring seamless execution.
In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations is crucial for this role. A degree in Engineering or Pharmaceutical Science (or related field) along with 5+ years' experience in validation within a regulated environment are necessary prerequisites.
A strong understanding of process development, quality assurance and control procedures will also be beneficial.
In addition, proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum would be an advantage.
