About the Role:
Intermediate level of technical expertise (2+ years’ experience).
Good all-round experience of Standard technology and basic understanding of Trade Floor technology. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience.
Technical knowledge of PCs and desktop hardware, laptops, Cisco phones, mobile devices, MAC devices, tablets.
Experience of software support including 0365, Zoom, Teams. Problem‑Solving and troubleshooting using Microsoft toolsets. Ability to build desktops/laptops. Assist in the creation of user guides or FAQ. Attend daily huddle with the Team Leader detailing work for the day.
Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
