KARE is a national organisation promoting inclusion for people with intellectual disability. We are looking for a CE Administrative Assistant in our Quality Training Department. This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Responsibilities
Participate in training and development opportunities as identified and agreed.
Communicate effectively with the team and others.
Maintain professional standards and confidentiality.
Adhere to the organisation’s policies, processes, and procedures.
Manage information confidentially and securely in line with KARE’s policies and GDPR.
Adhere to the Health and Safety policy.
Book meetings and events.
Input data into our systems.
Follow up on queries via Microsoft Teams, email, and phone.
Take minutes at meetings.
Filing, photocopying, and emailing as requested.
Support the department in efficient delivery of project activities.
