About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Estimator to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. In this role, you will produce accurate estimates for social housing schemes between €5m-€20m, working closely with the General Manager, Quantity Surveyors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce accurate estimates for projects valued between €5m-€20m
* Collaborate well with the commercial team, other departments, and clients
* Support growth and development of the estimating function
* Manage multiple projects within a hybrid working model, with regular days in the Dublin head office
