Job Title: Property Law Support Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to Solicitors in our Commercial Property Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal secretarial work and excellent IT skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transcribing dictations, saving and storing documents electronically, formatting legal documents, filing and invoicing, as well as preparing and arranging registration of Land Registry or Registry of Deeds documents.
The role requires the ability to plan and prioritise multiple activities at one time, work collaboratively with colleagues and use their own initiative to manage time efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
