Medical Device Program Director
Description:
Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Device Program Director to oversee the development and delivery of innovative medical devices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multiple programs from ideation through design, development, and regulatory approval.
* Collaborate with product development, engineering, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams to ensure successful program execution.
* Communicate program progress, risks, and milestones to senior management and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage documentation, testing, and approvals needed for device market entry.
* Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
* Effectively manage resources across multiple projects and ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
* Assess and enhance internal processes and methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and speed of program delivery.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in program management within the medical device industry or a closely related field.
* Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a similar related field.
* PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
* Strong leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
* Deep understanding of medical device development processes, including design control, validation, and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Expertise in program management tools and methodologies.
