The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the rollout of marketing campaigns, coordinate marketing materials, assist with retail and brand activations, and help ensure the brand shows up consistently and effectively across all touchpoints.Working alongside the Marketing Manager, this role will help bring marketing plans to life, supporting the implementation of campaigns, launches, partnerships and retail initiatives to ensure they are delivered smoothly and on time.This role is about execution, coordination and proactive support, helping keep marketing activities organised, on track and aligned with business priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in ensuring marketing plans are implemented effectively across all brand touchpoints.Support the Marketing Manager in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail and PR channels, as well as general admin and project coordination.Ensure messaging and brand guidelines are applied consistently and effectively across all brand touchpoints.Track timelines and assist with coordinating marketing initiatives across teams and external partners.Social Media & Content ExecutionOwn the day-to-day running of Kinvara’s social media channels, including scheduling content and ensuring a consistent flow of engaging content across platforms.Work with the Marketing Manager to implement Kinvara’s social media strategy.Support the planning and execution of content requirements, working alongside external content creators, agencies and UGC partners.Create ad-hoc social content including static graphics, short-form video and quick edits where needed.Support live shopping and social commerce initiatives, including being comfortable appearing on camera to talk about the brand and products.Retail & Partner Marketing SupportSupport the Marketing Manager in how Kinvara shows up across retail partners through POS rollouts, promotions and in-store activations.Maintain and update marketing assets within the retailer marketing toolbox, ensuring content such as imagery, video, newsletters and brand materials are available to partners.Events, Activations & Industry OpportunitiesSupport the planning and coordination of brand events, product launches, pop-ups and retail activations.PR & Agency CoordinationSupport the Marketing Manager in liaising with Kinvara’s PR agency, coordinating assets, samples, information and all materials required for PR activity.International Market SupportSupport the rollout of marketing initiatives in the Canadian market, working alongside the Marketing Manager to implement campaigns and materials for this market.Skills & Experience2+ years experience in a marketing role, preferred.Strong organisational and project coordination skills.Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and anticipate needs.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience supporting retail marketing, events, or brand campaigns is advantageous.Interest in beauty, skincare or wellness brands is desirable.What You’ll Love About This RoleThe opportunity to work with a fast-growing Irish skincare brand.A varied role across campaigns, retail marketing, events and international growth.The chance to gain experience across multiple marketing channels.A collaborative environment working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team.Real opportunity to contribute to the growth of a well-loved Irish brand.Training, development, career progression
