**Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Bim Engineer who can develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models for various construction projects. The successful candidate will create detailed BIM models that support project design, construction, and facility management, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to define project requirements and ensure the correct implementation of BIM. This includes coordinating and resolving design conflicts between disciplines using clash detection and coordination tools.
Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain open communication with all project stakeholders to ensure that the BIM model reflects the latest design changes, revisions, and updates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models for various construction projects
* Create detailed BIM models that support project design, construction, and facility management
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to define project requirements
* Coordinate and resolve design conflicts between disciplines
* Maintain open communication with all project stakeholders
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BIM roles
* Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD, or similar BIM platforms
* Familiarity with 3D modelling, clash detection, and BIM-related project management tools
* Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP systems and how they integrate within BIM workflows
* Problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex issues related to BIM models and project coordination
