About Your New Job
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across two high-impact engineering teams within Enterprise Cybersecurity. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide architecture, engineering standards, and delivery while remaining actively involved in design and development.
You will play a key role in building a vulnerability intelligence platform and secure applications that scan infrastructure, identify risks, and enable remediation across complex enterprise environments. Working closely with engineering leaders and stakeholders, you will help shape strategy, drive engineering excellence, and mentor high-performing teams.
What Skills You Need
* 10+ years' experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using languages such as Python, Java, or Go
* Strong experience with cloud-native development and Kubernetes-based platforms
* Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EKS, SNS, SQS, and IAM (or equivalent cloud platforms)
* Experience working with relational and cloud-based data technologies (PostgreSQL, Oracle, AWS RDS, Athena, Parquet, etc.)
* Experience building and supporting data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
* Strong background in CI/CD, automation, and modern DevSecOps practices
* Experience with unit and functional test automation frameworks
* Proven experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments
* Strong engineering fundamentals and commitment to best practices and continuous improvement
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing engineers
