Day-to-day of the role: Perform digital dictation and audio typing. Serve as the point of contact for clients. Prepare correspondence, briefs, and legal documentation. Manage filing, scanning, proofreading, and updating legal files. Review, update, and maintain precedent documents used by the team. Assist in ensuring organisational compliance with guidelines and internal policies. Engage with clients, solicitors, agents, Courts Services, PIAB, PRA in relation to queries or information requests. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum four years' experience in a legal environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of document/case management packages. Ability to prioritise work effectively and see tasks through from start to finish. Flexible and positive attitude towards work. High level of organisation skills and ability to prioritise workflow.
