Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing
* Provide outstanding customer service through calls and emails while completing administrative duties
* Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic work environment
Requirements:
* Bilingual Italian speakers with excellent communication skills
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role or fast-paced office environment is desirable but not mandatory
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Work Arrangements:
* Three days per week working from our office
* Two days per week working from home
* Fully remote working possible after training period
