Technical Processing Engineer
UNILIN Insulation is seeking a Raw Material Operator to support safe, compliant, and efficient operations within our manufacturing and laboratory environment in Navan.
The successful candidate will play an important role in managing raw material handling, supporting laboratory testing activities, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
This role is suited to a motivated and reliable individual who can work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Work in accordance with company standards, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Manage the connection, offloading, documentation, and goods receipt of bulk tanker deliveries.
Offload, store, label, and complete documentation for IBCs and chemical coils.
Support production activities.
Transferring bulk chemicals when required.
Liaise with external hauliers when required to coordinate delivery schedules.
Perform daily sample cutting and testing, recording results in the system.
Calibrate pumps and laboratory equipment and record results accordingly.
Assist with laboratory TPM activities such as filter cleaning and pump room checks.
Support maintenance of accurate stock levels in SAP, including weekly checks and month-end reconciliation.
Maintain high housekeeping standards in the lab, pump room, tank farm, and coil storage areas.
Work flexibly when required to meet operational deadlines.
Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position as requested by management.

Forklift experience required (training or certification can be provided if necessary).
Training Provided
The successful candidate will receive training in:
SAP Goods Receipt (GR) system
Chemical spill response procedures
Chemical identification and site layout, including pump room and tank farm operations
Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and health & safety practices.
