Accountant (Admin Assistant)We are hiring a detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to support a US-based business with day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly close activities, and light operational support.
This role is ideal for someone reliable, process-driven, and comfortable juggling accounting and admin tasks in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records using Xero Handle Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Assist with monthly close activities Manage and update spreadsheets (tracking, reconciliations, reporting)Provide admin support (hotel and flight bookings, basic coordination tasks)Assist with customer experience tickets and follow-ups Support basic CRM tasks in Hub Spot (updating records, notes, pipelines)Candidate Requirements: At least 2 years of experience working as an Accountant with US clients Hands-on experience with Xero and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)Proven experience with AR/AP and month-end close Comfortable handling admin and operational tasks alongside bookkeeping Some working knowledge of Hub Spot Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes Reliable home setup and ability to work consistently during US business hours
